WILCO NIEBOERGENERAL DIRECTOR
Wilco joined Nitesco in 2017 and runs its management team, overseeing the company’s overall performance. He brings to the table 20 years of experience in the facility management industry; from managing cleaning, specialist cleaning and catering companies in the health and food industries at ISS Facility Services – where Wilco has held various Senior Directors positions in the past 10 years, to running the operations of corporate and aviation catering at Gate Gourmet. Facility services and hospitality are the basic theme in Wilco’s career.
Wilco’s focus at Nitesco lays on stakeholder value, building strong collaborative partnerships and creating new opportunities while ensuring Nitesco cuts its coat according to its cloth. He ensures operational excellence across Nitesco’s projects and nurtures a culture of innovation and hospitality service.
When he’s not keeping the lights on at Nitesco, Wilco enjoys playing golf and tennis, running in the woods and dunes, and spending time with his wife and children whose football club he coordinates.
SHAY KALFUSSFOUNDER | NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Shay founded Nitesco in 2002 as a corporate spin-out from another equity participation, and has since shaped its market-share expansion into one of Europe’s most successful companies in its field. Over the last two decades he has overseen various prominent construction and bold heavy maintenance projects such as the Royal Palace Amsterdam, Conservatorium Hotel and the offices of Baroness Ariane de Rothschild.
Enchanted by aesthetics and fine materials, Shay founded and managed several companies during his career, focusing on gracing interiors and building facades with sophisticated and stylish workmanship. His natural eye for the extraordinary and passion for service excellence serve Nitesco well.
Shay currently focuses on Nitesco’s brand positioning and growth strategy, identifying and converting add-on acquisition opportunities, and maintaining major accounts. Shay is a preceptor and examiner in the Dutch vocational center for infrastructure, building and construction industry. He is involved in the crafting and shaping of the Nitesco Academy, a scientific and practical intercompany training, designed to guarantee operational excellence throughout Nitesco’s projects. When not solving strategic challenges, Shay is a dedicated father to his preschool son. He is also passionate about art and culture.
EVA GRUIJTERSENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE MANAGER
Eva bridges the as-is and the to-be landscapes at Nitesco to ensure operational excellence and product leadership. She focuses on business process optimization and ensures that compliance procedures are followed. Eva brings paramount competence to the role with more than 10 years in finance, operations, and project management. She holds a Master degree in Economics and spent time at Deloitte and PWC, where she shaped enterprise applications, enterprise resource planning and risk assurance strategies, contributing to large accounts such as KPN and Douwe Egberts. Having wide product and industry insights, Eva sees possibilities which aren’t immediately obvious. She has a ‘can do’ attitude and an eagle eye for detail. Alongside her responsibilities at Nitesco, Eva is happiest when with her family. She is a creative analytical thinker, a free spirit and a world traveler. And she is consciously engaged with culture and a healthy lifestyle.
RICHARD BAASKEY ACCOUNT MANAGER
Richard joined Nitesco in 2011 as Key Accounts Manager. Over the last 20 years, Richard established himself an extraordinary stone expert reputation, working as a calculator, drawer, budget and schedule planner, project manager and consultant on striking projects, among which the exquisite Rijksmuseum. Richard’s background contributes greatly to his understanding of projects operating context and of how clients want their service delivered. He approaches his job with infectious enthusiasm and authority, a contemporary approach to service, and has a wealth of expertise on which he capitalizes.
When he’s not at work, Richard takes joy in spending time with his wife, their two daughters and his friends. He also plays golf, finds time to organize football tournaments and loves to travel the world.
DENNIS HULSTOPERATIONS MANAGER
Dennis leads Nitesco’s operations. He focuses on relationship building, fostering great customer experience, and ensuring operational and financial excellence across Nitesco’s projects. Growing up in a family of hospitality entrepreneurs and having both agency and client-side experience, translate into genuine empathy and a passion for customer-centric solutions. Dennis has an accurate ability to diagnose technical and logistical challenges, cut through the noise and effectively communicate with a defined purpose. Dennis kicked off his professional career at the Ministry of Justice and Security. Before finally joining Nitesco, Dennis worked at a number of industry leading companies, including ISS as regional operations manager food where his work has spanned a wide variety of clients including Heineken, FrieslandCampina, Hilton Foods and Verkade. Dennis takes a hands-on approach and loves the constant challenges that working in demanding environments brings. In his free time, apart from pursuing his community volunteering work and coaching football, he enjoys spending time with his family and hiking the national parks of Thailand.
