WTC AMSTERDAM

Down

World Trade Center Amsterdam offers 125,000 m2 of first class office space combined with top-notch support services to more than 300 tenants. The prominent business complex is located in the center of the Netherlands’ vibrant and most prestigious business district Zuidas, also known as The Financial Mile.

WTC Amsterdam enlisted Nitesco in early 2007 to renew and bolster the attractiveness of its marble and granite floors. Since 2007, for over a decade now, WTC Amsterdam has been a client and it has given Nitesco responsibility for its complete stone package, including heavy maintenance and periodical maintenance. At WTC’s request, Nitesco has also refinished the stone floors of Kempen & Co, and the quartz composite floors of IMC Financial Markets, some of WTC’s valued tenants. As a result of our work, the stone surfaces underline the building’s atmosphere of high-quality international business and strengthen the ‘sense of arrival’ upon entering.

As a result of our excellent cooperation with Nitesco, World Trade Center Amsterdam has chosen to outsource its complete stone maintenance to it for the coming years.
