WTC Amsterdam

WTC Amsterdam contracted Nitesco in early 2007 to renew and enhance the attractiveness of its marble and granite floors. Meanwhile, WTC Amsterdam has been a customer for 15 years and Nitesco is responsible for the total maintenance of all natural stone finishes in its buildings.

At WTC’s request, Nitesco also took care of the stone floors of some of WTC’s valued tenants: the natural stone floors of Kempen & Co and the quartz composite floors of IMC Financial Markets. Through our efforts, the stone surfaces enhance the buildings’ look: a top-class international business centre with matching high-quality hospitality experience.

World Trade Center Amsterdam offers 125,000 m2 of prime office space combined with high-quality support services to more than three hundred tenants. The prominent business complex is located in the middle of Amsterdam’s Zuidas, the Netherlands’ most vibrant and prestigious business district, also known abroad as the Financial Mile.

“After our excellent cooperation with Nitesco, World Trade Center Amsterdam decided to entrust the entire natural stone maintenance for the coming years to Nitesco.” – Marc Claassen | Facility manager | World Trade Center Amsterdam
