Nitesco's collaboration with the Conservatorium Hotel dates back to 2008. We first worked on behalf of the parent company Alrov on the redevelopment of the former Conservatorium on the Van Baerlestraat in Amsterdam into the luxurious five-star Conservatorium Hotel.

The collaboration became such a success that since the opening in 2012 we have been responsible for the total maintenance of the natural stone finishes of the lobby, 129 suites and rooms, Akasha health club, the Brasserie and Taiko restaurant.

We ensure that the natural stone finishes meet the needs and desires of the hotel guests, management and owner at all times.

Conservatory Hotel is an extremely luxurious lifestyle hotel and an architectural masterpiece, restyled by award-winning designer Piero Lissoni, who enriched the neo-Gothic monument with an elegant and contemporary design.

The hotel has been repeatedly voted the number one luxury hotel in the Netherlands and offers design enthusiasts a special, playful yet culturally inspiring experience.

"As the Netherlands' leading luxury five-star hotel, we use only first-class service providers. Nitesco has proven to be exceptionally service-oriented, price-conscious, accurate and flexible. We have been working with Nitesco for more than 10 years. - Omar Ramadan | Regional Director of Engineering | The Set Hotels
